Peer Support – What does this mean?
Peer Support means people with learning disabilities supporting each other.
The Daffodil Advocacy Project believes that the best people to tell you about Learning Disabilities are those people who have Learning Disabilities. They are experts by experience.
We support a group of volunteers to do:
Learning Disability Awareness Training
- Easy Read Materials
- Mystery Shopping
- Quality Checking
Would you like help from the Peer Support Service?
Would you like your services checked?
- Would you like training in Learning Disability Awareness?
- Would you like to know how to put your information into Easy Read?
Or would you like to Volunteer?
The Daffodil Advocacy Project fully support our volunteers and are always looking for more volunteers to join our team.
